1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stitch'n Craft (the "Service"), operated by eBoxr LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Tiers

The Service offers the following tiers:

• Free — Browse patterns, up to 3 active projects, 1 part per project.
• Craft Pro ($3.99/month) — Unlimited projects and parts, reminders, yarn allocation, private pattern uploads.
• Craft Pro + AI ($7.99/month) — Everything in Craft Pro plus AI pattern generation and design assistant.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Creator Terms

Creators may upload and sell patterns through the Service. A 12% commission is deducted from each sale. By uploading a pattern, you represent that you own or have the right to distribute that content.

We reserve the right to remove any pattern that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not used premium features. Digital pattern purchases are non-refundable once the pattern has been downloaded. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded patterns) are the property of eBoxr LLC. Users retain ownership of the patterns and content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the infringing material.
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. eBoxr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
